3rd to 8th Day
3rd day
Breakfast : 2 small pcs.of longganisa, 1 glass of water
1 pc of pancake, Hot Choco
Lunch: a plate of chopsuey, 3 small pcs.of longganisa,2 glass of juice ,1 glass of water
10 small cheese stick
Dinner: 1 small plate of chosuey
Exercise: 15 minutes jogging,
100 twirls of hula hoop
Reviewed in pharmacy , a little of History and started my Filipino project part 2, also started to make a song for our group project in Filipino. Still planning for the event I will join. Hopefully I would do. .
4th day
Breakfast: 1pc ng Longganisa, glass of water
Snacks and Lunch: 3 pcs of hopia , 1 small serving of chopsuey , 3 glass of water , 1 cup of buko juice
Dinner
Exercise: Practice and Performance in PE( 20 mins)
20 sits ups
8 mins.jogging
117 twirls of hulahoop
Earned Money: 170 pesos
I failed on the quiz in Social. And we performed and got 100 on our PE Finals.
I reviewed in Chem and Pharma.
5th day
Breakfast :1 eggs , 3 small hotdogs, water
Snacks and Lunch: Buko juice 1 pc maling
Dinner : Bread, soup, longganisa,
Earned Money : 40 pesos
Exercise: 15 minutes walking
We went to Plaridel
6th Day
Breakfast : 1 small cup of sopas, glass of water
Lunch: 1 plate of kare kare, 1 kitkat
Dinner: chorizo rice
Earned Money: No classes
Exercise : 1300 twirls of hoops
3 minutes jogging
Reviewed for final exams next next week
7th Day
Breakfast: 1 pc longanissa
Lunch : KFC Fun shots
Dinner : 4 pcs longanissa
Earned Money: 160 pesos
Exercise 100 twirls of hoops
8th Day
Breakfast: Chorizo Rice
Lunch : Tilapia and potato
Dinner: no dinner
Exercise: 12 minutes of hulahoops
2 minutes walking
